Regino Rodriguez, CPA is an audit partner with the HLB International Miami office of HLB Gravier, LLP. Mr. Rodriguez has concentrated his practice in the field of audit and consulting. Mr. Rodriguez has served numerous industries including the financial services industry, not-for-profit and governmental sectors, and closely held businesses.

Mr. Rodriguez is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and a Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA). He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Cuban American Certified Public Accountants Association, the Institute for Internal Controls (IIC), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and the Cuban American Banker's Association (CABA).

In addition to his role in Gravier & Associates LLP, Mr. Rodriguez is a partner with Regulatory Risk Management Alliance, LLC (RRM) since the firm's inception in 2005. Mr. Rodriguez has provided financial institutions in South Florida with strategic and management planning, including all areas of operations, compliance, and regulatory reporting with emphasis on Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering.

As guest speaker, he has lectured in numerous business meetings and educational seminars including:

• HLB Latin American regional conferences
• Florida International University Accounting Association and Beta Alpha Psi Honor Society
• Association of Cuban Accountants in Exile
• Cuban American Certified Public Accountant Association

Mr. Rodriguez received his Bachelor of Accounting and Master in Science of Taxation from Florida International University. He began his career with the Miami office of Arthur Andersen in 1993.
